When pricing a home, I think it’s best to look at the property the way an appraiser would.
This means taking at least three similar, recently sold homes in the area and comparing your property against them.
When deciding on a price, you’re going to want to place your home somewhere in the middle of these homes. This will make sure that your transaction is as smooth as possible and that you’re able to move forward without issue.
Additionally, pricing your home this way will ensure that it appraises and that the deal has no risk of falling through.
